Returns and Exchange Policy

At East of These, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help make the process of returning or exchanging items as smooth as possible. Please carefully review our policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Returned items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • Free of stains, odors, or damages.
    • In their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Intimate apparel or personal care items (e.g., swimwear, lingerie, or beauty products).

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for items of the same value, provided the desired replacement is in stock. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at admin@eastofthese.com with your order number and details about the return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Additional Notes

  • East of These is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to review. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
